Patricia is a passionate community builder and entrepreneurship enabler dedicated to empowering women across Africa.

Under her leadership as the Co-founder and Executive Director, Kayana Create has grown into a vibrant ecosystem supporting over 1,500 women-led SMEs through access to markets, mentorship, branding support, legal guidance, and business formalization. Her work centers on creating inclusive spaces where women can connect, learn, and thrive.

She is also the founder of Candid Conversations: Circles for Women in Business and co-author of A Candid Handbook for Women Doing Business in Kenya.
